Burgmann Anglican School, Forde is a supporting school to the main campus in Gungahlin.  It has a unique arrangement of early learning (K- Year 3) and middle school (Year 6 – 8).  Developed over a series of stages, guided by a Master Plan, it is a unique school that incorporates specialist pedagogical developments related to middle school years within a flexible matrix of appropriate spaces.  The Forde campus has been developed like a town and promotes community pride, interaction, adaptability, environmental innovation, and flexible learning spaces. It has a close link to the Forde group centre with compatible services for the general community.  The overall concept has a large palette of shapes and materials for stimulation, providing a clear hierarchy of spaces, establishing connections and attachment to place.
