As part of a new building for the College campus section of Burgmann Anglican School a small café’ style canteen was included specifically for year 12 students, staff and parents.  The canteen function has an external opening for other senior school students which opens on to a large outdoor deck along one of the main external walkways.  The internal café’ allows the older year 12 students an area to sit, study and converse with parents and teachers with coffee and something to eat.  

In the remaining area of the building GPLA classrooms and a seminar space allows the building to function as an after school centre.
